My recent purchase of a 6-pack of your Mountain Morn Cola provided an unpleasant surprise for my guests last Saturday afternoon. To my dismay, the contents of three of the cans that I served turned out to be colorless and flavorless. The cans appeared to contain only carbonated water. You can imagine how embarrassed I was.
If this is representative of your normal product offering, I will be forced to switch to a competing brand.
I believe that you owe me an apology and reimbursement of the retail price of the three cans.
